Entrance to each holiday cottage is level via a 6 feet wide covered walkway. There are ramps to either end of the walkway The entrance hall leads to a cosy living room with sofa, flat screen TV/DVD, a wood burning stove in an raised fireplace, folding dining table and chairs, galley kitchen with four-burner electric hob, fridge with ice box, microwave combi-oven, kettle, grill and toaster and a range of kitchen equipment.
The shower room is completely accessible to modern standards and suitable for unassisted wheelchair users.
One large double bedroom with double bed and single bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables. Cot or ‘Z’ bed can be provided if required.
A large conservatory is set off the lounge overlooking the river and is furnished with a dining table and chairs to seat 4, two comfortable armchairs, double sofa bed, coffee table and storage.

The cottages have full oil fired central heating and hot water is available at all times.
Wood for the fire is provided as is bed linen and towels. Two Burner Gas Barbecue provided for each cottage for use outside.
Outside there is an attractive courtyard to the front of the cottages where cars can park. The farm is set in over three acres with the river Evan running through. There is pub close by and we are just over one mile from the historic town of Moffat.
Pets welcome – limited to one large or two small dogs per cottage – outside undercover accommodation is available
Smoking is allowed outside the holiday cottage on the covered walkway.
Cottage rentals are from 4.00 pm (arrival) to 10.00 am (day of departure).
