Homely Farm House accommodation in Retreat Centre run by two active Christians Lochhouse benefits from both Bed & Breakast and Self-catering accommodation. Conveniently located close to junction 15 of the M74 our accommodation is located in the beautiful Galloway countryside that surrounds both Moffat and Beattock.

There are currently two rooms available to receive up to 6 guests in the existing house. Each room has Colour digital flat screen TV/DVD plus Tea & Coffee facilities.

There is also a TV lounge/dining room with wood burning stove. Sky TV on Digital LCD TV/DVD in lounge

Bedroom 1 - family room - en-suite with double bed plus single bed with pull out bed underneath.

Bedroom 2 - Accessible twin bed room on ground floor with private bathroom next door. Bathroom is wheel chair accessible with floor level shower and seat for the less able.

NB. Pets (1 lge dog or 2 small dogs) are only allowed in the downstairs twin room

Prices:Bed & Breakfast:-

Single with private facilities = £30 en-suite = £35
Couples in twin = £50, Couples in double en-suite = £50
Family en-suite room = £55 - 2 adults and one child under 14 or £60 - 2 adults and 2 children or £65 for 3 adults in family room (double & single)

Children under 2 free

3 course evening meal available @ £9.00 per head (children under 10 years £6)
Walkers Pack Lunch @ £4.50 per head

By arrangement (30p per mile) we will pick up visitors from Train Stations. ie Carlisle, Lockerbie or Dumfries and transport walkers and walker's luggage
