SELF CATERING HOLIDAY COTTAGES - Scotland

Accommodation - we have two self catering holiday cottages available for holiday breaks 3, 4, or 7 days.
Each cottage sleeps 2 to 5 (pets welcome)

Entrance to each holiday cottage is level via a 6 feet wide covered walkway. There are ramps to either end of the walkway The entrance hall leads to a cosy living room with sofa, Digital LCD flat screen TV/DVD, a wood burning stove in an raised fireplace, folding dining table and chairs, galley kitchen with 4 burner electric hob, fridge with ice box, microwave combi-oven, kettle, grill and toaster. plus comprehensive equipment

Shower room off entrance hall is completely accessible to modern standards and suitable for unassisted wheelchair users.

One large double bedroom with double bed and single bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables. Cot can be provided if required.

A large conservatory is set off the lounge overlooking the river and is furnished with a dining table and chairs to seat 4, two comfortable armchairs and settee, double box bed, coffee table and storage.

Room sizes: Hall - 6 ft x 4 ft - Double bedroom - 15 ft x 11 ft - Shower room - 8 ft x 6 ft - Lounge/kitchen - 15 ft x 15 ft - Large Conservatory - 6ft x 32 ft

The cottages have full oil fired central heating and hot water is available at all times.

No extra charges are made for heating & electricity. Wood for the fire is provided as is bed linen and towels.

Outside There is an attractive Courtyard to the front of the cottages and parking for 2 cars. The Farm is set in over 9 acres with the river Evan running through. There is an Inn close by and we are just over one mile from the Historic town of Moffat.

Pets welcome - limited to one large or two small dogs per cottage - outside undercover accommodation is available
Smoking is allowed outside the holiday cottage on the covered walkway.

When both cottages are hired together the use of the Stables meeting rooms may be included in the price depending on usage. Ideal for family gatherings activities etc. - see Small conference page

Prices: 7 nights - Start Saturdays: Low season - £200 to High Season - £350
3 nights:- from £135 low season to £225 High season,
4 nights:- from £160 low season to £280 High season

Winter/Spring Offer - 4 day breaks for 2 people with three course meal on first night, total cost £150 - Runs from 29th September 2008 to 20th March 2009 (excluding Christmas and New Year)
